Description
President Truman's visit to Fort Worth. Crowd shot in front of Texas & Pacific Railway Company Building showing a Fort Worth Star-Telegram WBAP-TV truck in the middle of the crowd with cameras set up next to and on top of the truck. Speaking at the podium likely President Truman. This was the first televised broadcast in the southwest; the WBAP-TV broadcast occurred three days before FCC license was actually granted.
